Yuting MA's team focuses on dissecting the mechanistic link between stress response and anti-tumor immunity. She is interested in how the immune system senses and responds to chemotherapy-induced cellular stress responses (autophagy, ER stress, apoptosis, necroptosis, pyroptosis, etc), mental stress-induced abnormal secretion of hormones and neurotransmitters, as well as stress-related alternations in metabolism, microbiota and epigenetic features. She received her PhD degree in Immunology from Université Paris sud 11, followed by post-doc training in INSERM U848, Institut Gustave Roussy and Centre de Recherche des Cordeliers, Université Paris Descartes. She is now a professor and lab director in Suzhou Institute of Systems Medicine, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. She received Chinese Young Women Scientists Awards in 2019.
