My study most focuses on the functional regulation of dendritic cells and T cells and their effects in different infectious diseases and tumors. The functions of dendritic cells were studied from three aspects: the surface molecular, the microenvironment and aging. And the functional regulation of T cells were investigated through the costimulatory moleculars. With these studies, we hope to find new ways for disease treatment.
