Prof. Liang’s group mainly focuses on the study of liver microenvironment and its relationship with liver diseases (Chronic Hepatitis B, Non-alcohol fatty liver diseases, and liver cancer). In recent years, her group identified some important regulators in tumor immune microenvironment and in tumor cell growth/death, which might be potential target genes for disease prognosis and treatment. Research papers were published in Oncogene, Cell Death & Differentiation, J Immunology, Gastroenterology, etc.
